Refund Policy (Shipping & Returns)

Before You Order

Please read each product description carefully before purchasing. By placing an order with Craft Cottage INC., you agree to the policies below.


Digital Products (Downloads / Templates / Fillable Files)

All digital products are final sale and non-refundable. Digital files cannot be returned once delivered or accessed.

If you have trouble receiving or opening your download, email Craftcottageinc@gmail.com and we will help troubleshoot access.


Custom & Made-to-Order Items (Final Sale)

Because custom items are made specifically for you (personalized, made-to-order, or custom designed), all custom orders are final sale, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.

Custom production time: Custom orders typically take 4–8 business weeks to complete (timeframes vary by product and season).
If proofs/mockups are provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving before production continues.


Ready-Made / Ready-to-Ship Items (Returns Accepted Within 14 Days)

We accept returns on eligible ready-made items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility (Ready-Made Items Only)

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in original packaging (when applicable)

  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, scent, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return and may be refused and returned to sender.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom/made-to-order items

  • Digital products

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

Email Craftcottageinc@gmail.com with:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you’d like to return

  • a brief reason for return

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping & Refunds

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We package carefully, but shipping is handled by third parties. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Craftcottageinc@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of:

    1. the item

    2. the issue close-up

    3. the packaging (including shipping label)

We reserve the right to request additional photos/video to verify the claim.

If approved, we will offer (at our discretion):

  • replacement (if available), or

  • store credit, or

  • refund (if replacement is not possible)

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.


Lost, Stolen, or “Delivered” Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We are not responsible for theft, mis delivery, or loss after delivery confirmation.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  1. check around your property and with neighbors

  2. contact the carrier to open a claim and request delivery verification

  3. notify us — we will provide documentation to support your carrier claim


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.


Inspired / Compatibility Disclaimer

Craft Cottage INC. is not affiliated with Starbucks or any other brand. Any brand names are used only to describe compatibility, inspiration, or style when applicable. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.


Fraud / Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, replacements, or credits in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or repeated claims patterns.
