SHIPPING POLICY — Craft Cottage INC

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products are delivered electronically (download/email). No physical shipping applies. Because delivery is instant and cannot be “returned,” digital products are non-refundable.

PROCESSING TIMES (BEFORE SHIPPING)
• Ready-to-ship items: 5–7 business days (often sooner).
• Custom / personalized items: 4–8 business weeks (plus shipping time).
• If your order includes both ready-to-ship and custom items, the full order may ship together once the custom item is complete, unless otherwise stated on the listing.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

TRACKING
Tracking numbers are sent automatically by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES (AFTER SHIPPING)
Delivery times vary by carrier and location. Carrier estimates are not guarantees.
• U.S. orders: delivery time varies by method selected at checkout.
• International orders: delivery time varies and may be impacted by customs processing.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS + CUSTOMS
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or delays that are outside our control. Buyers are responsible for any customs/duties/fees charged by their country.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Craft Cottage INC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or an unclaimed delivery, a re-shipping fee may apply.

LOST PACKAGES / DELIVERY ISSUES
Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, shipping delays are outside our control. If your tracking shows unusual delays, please contact the carrier first.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
We package orders with care, but damage can occur in transit.
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Craftcottageinc@gmail.com with:
  (1) photos of the damaged item,
  (2) photos of the packaging (including the shipping label), and
  (3) a brief description of the issue.
We may request that you file a carrier claim. Resolutions (replacement, store credit, or other) are handled case-by-case.

STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier office. If needed, you may need to file a carrier claim and/or police report. Replacements/refunds are not guaranteed for stolen packages marked delivered.
